Jennifer Kuban of Beverly Hills CONVICTED of FELONY DUI causing Injury

Drunk/Meth Driver, Jennifer Kuban of Beverly Hills, CA. , arrested at 11:25 A.M. for Felony DUI causing Injury to our 1 year old twins. She hit our parked car while I was placing one of our 1 year old twins, Spencer, in his car seat. He was given a concussion and suffered seizures for several months. UPDATE: Jennifer Kuban was convicted of FELONY DUI causing INJURY on February 14, 2008. She was convicted and sentenced to 6 months in jail, loss of her license, probation and to pay restitution. She was found to have had an over the limit alcohol level, marijuana, cocaine, crystal meth and XANAX in her system. She had been driving with her own 7 year old in the car with her. UPDATE: Sept. 10, 2009 Jennifer Kuban was convicted again! This time for multiple violations of her probation. She was sentenced to 30 days (180 hours) community service, 60 consecutive days of AA, a year's worth of 3x per week AA and her probation was started over for 3 years. Any further violations would result in JAIL TIME per The Court.
